As you well know; we chose to have an overnight security detail present for some weeks as a result of our break in and this was our first introduction to Aurora Group. We were firstly impressed by an introduction in person, by Steve, to the guard who initially stayed on site. I found this to be most considerate and professional at the time, given the reason for employing your services. All the security personnel that worked over the next few weeks were courteous, professional and considerate of working at our home and were very thorough and consistent in their work.
As you know, we have subsequently followed up by contracting Aurora Group to monitor our CCTV system. The response on all occasions, to any question of a breach, has been extremely prompt and in doing so given great comfort that we have ‘more eyes’ so to speak.
In short; Steve and his Team have been very professional and accommodating in every way. They have provided us with a sense of security and well being after, what was, a horrible, unsettling ordeal. We thank you all!
